Please note: Fees do not include accommodation.
Registration fees include participation at the scientific sessions, CD of abstracts, welcome reception, lunches(July 13-14), coffee breaks, Banquet or Student Special Banquet.
Please note that Banquet and Student Special Banquet will be held in parallel at different places.
Registration fees should be paid in Japanese Yen (JPY) by Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Central Finance and JCB).
There are two registrations through the process; registration to obtain system ID number and that to register for the conference. Be sure to accomplish BOTH. |

| Cancellation and Refunds |
E-mailed annoucement for cancellation should be addressed to the AMS 5 Secretariat.
Subsequently, Withdrawal of the registration should be carried out by yourself for the refund on the Registration tab (Credit card number is required).
Refund policy for registration fee:
Until May 15, 2009 ---- Full refunds
Until June 15, 2009 ---- 80% refund
On and after June 16, 2009 ---- No refund |

| The registration desk will open at KOBE PORTOPIA HOTEL (June 12-14), where you can register and receive all relevant materials. We advise you to register as soon as possible after your arrival. |
