The participation will be limited to 400 people due to the capacity of the conference hall.
The registration fee includes:
* Entry to all scientific sessions.
* Entry to Exhibition of Gagaku, Japanese traditional instrumental music.
* Conference bag
* Abstract book & program
* Coffee breaks
* Lunch (15th/16th/17th)
* Refreshments & snacks at poster viewing
* Shuttle bus service (JR Nara st. - Nara-ken new public hall)
The registration fee does not include:
* Accommodation fee
* Banquet fee (JPY 10,000 or 7000)
